time to blog...

So, now that we have finished all our travels of honeymoon, reception in Switzerland, visiting family in the mid-west, driving 19 hours to Colorado, flying back to England for a wedding, I finally have time to sit down and blog again. The whole wedding, and honeymoon and aftermath was a bit crazy, but life is a mite more relaxing.

John is working, I spend my days staring into space trying to figure out how to be productive. Nah, not really. It's not all that bad. I actually spend them trying to get up enough motivation to do my homework, and there is really is none right now, even knowing that I have to hand in my second assignment tomorrow. So, yeah, instead I find other things to do, like selling some of our books on Amazon.com, figuring out our budget, so we can become better spenders, going grocery shopping, cleaning the apartment, etc. Oh, and trying not to get overwhelmed by the 9 forms I have to fill out for me to apply for a Greencard...

It's nice though. To have an apartment with John and to relax with him in the evenings and at the weekend. It's fun to be married, so much fun! Though life is a little quiet right now!

Long time no blog...

Yes, dear friends... it's been a while. And I'm hoping I haven't lost any of you. But I am alive and well and enjoying marriage. We had a great wedding (pix coming soon) and an amazing honeymoon in Hawaii and Venice and now we're spending time visiting family in the Mid-West. Not quite as exotic, but we love our family, so we're having a great time.

A few days now.

I really don't have much time to write a lot because planning a wedding seriously is A LOT of work. Especially trying to plan it in pretty much 3 weeks. But, I did want you to see this picture of my new Obe (someone else's Kimono), which I wore for a Japanese traditional dance that I was part of for our reporting back time back in Kona.
